contact info needed for a steering wheel refinisher. Someone was advertising their sevices on ebay recently. Any info appreciated.
The chrome on the hub is flaking, spokes need polishing and wood needs refinishing.
    TIA

I had Bill Herndon at Pony Warhouse do mine - it took some time and was not cheap but turned out great - color, originality including the little black rubber pieces where the wood meets with the spokes.

I have used Jim for various things as well and I'm sure he would do a good job.

The 67 SAAC registrar Dave Matthews recommended Automotive Specialties to me and the result was AWESOME. Very fairly priced too. Their number is 813-623-6968. They've done quite a few Shelby wheels evidently.

Jim Cowles also recommended Automotive Specialties to me. Call them, you will like what you hear. They will tell you that when they get your wheel they will tell you what it will cost. The price on mine was great[less than $400] and the wheel looked like new. They do awesome work.

Thanks to everyone for the info.
I have the optional wood steering wheel for 1966 GT350's. It is pictured on pages 54,55,59 and 65 in Tom Corcoran's book "Shelby Mustang". Notice the chrome hub.
1967 wood wheels had the brushed stainless steel hub and black spoke tabs, see page 81.
