   Hello Everyone
   
   Something that I've always wondered was why the 69 & 70's never had a Shelby ID plate affixed under the hood. Was it due to them being made by Ford on their production line?

   For one thing they were the only VIN that contained #'s (48) that specifically designated them as Shelby vehicles.

   They were made at A.O. Smith. Same place the 68's were made at.
