    Hey guys
On the harness that goes to the console switches and guages there are 2 black connectors they both have 2 wires one wire is black and the other is blue with what looks like a stripe on it. The wires are the same on both connectors. What do these connectors go to? Thanks Rob:doh:

Thanks for the tip. I have the original wiring diagram from Ford that is in the shelby shop manual supliment, is the one from NPD the same? The original Ford one is hard to understand. Thanks Rob:thumbsup:

It so happens the the '69 I'm working on has the console partially removed so maybe this will help.....

Under the ashtray is a 2-pin connector for the ashtray light. It has a grey/red wire and a black wire.

The wires go forward to another 2-pin connector located roughly under the two gauges. At that connector the grey/red changes to blue/purple and the single black wire turns into two black wires.

I don't see any other 2-pin connectors. Is this what you're after? If not, shout back and I can look again. Elsewhere in the wiring are two 4-pin connectors and one 1-pin connector. These branch off to the right of the radio area, under the dash. Some of the wiring branches off to the left of the radio area with some other connectors under the dash...but I don't think that's what you're talking about.

    Cheers
    DD

Thanks the help that makes sense. I have been buried the last few weeks and have not had time to remove my console top to check it out and take a picture. Thanks Rob
