Blew the dust off of 1584

Finally had a chance new years day to blow the dust off 1584 and get a decent picture of her outside in the sun. Spent the last few days going over the car and have a pretty good idea of how I'll get it to WGI for SAAC 37 this coming summer under it's own power. Anyway, here is the shot I took for the new registry, just wish they would post it in color

Can't wait to get it road worthy

 

Need to pull the motor and fix some minor items (like the missing/broken exhaust manifold studs), replace the rear main seal, do a quick clean up and detail......Have to go through the basics, brakes, suspension bushings, etc so I can feel confident in driving it several hundred miles at a time. Really want to strip the cracking paint off the car and repaint, but my window of time to do so is getting smaller and smaller. Only time will tell.
